8. Increased Body Temperature:
During pregnancy, the temperature of the body stays elevated all the time initially. As the body is getting ready to support a new life in its system, it can often lead to a high temperature.
This is a common sign and is nothing to be worried about.
Another common sign of a pregnancy is the feeling of tightness or bloating which happens because of the increased levels of progesterone.
The change in the hormone levels can affect digestion and trap gas in the intestine. You may get a protruding stomach which can cause discomfort.
Bloating can further lead to burps and farts. You can counter this issue by controlling the portions of food that you consume and going for a healthier diet.
10. Mood Swings:
You may feel angry all of sudden without any reason and then you mood can change again within few minutes. You might feel like crying over the smallest issues at times.
Change in the levels of hormones can make you feel very happy or low. This happens because of the sudden over flow of hormones in your body. The imbalance in your hormones will affect the neurotransmitters in the brain which leads to change in emotions in a rapid state.
